Mission Zero aims to end new HIV, TB and viral hepatitis transmissions, stopping preventable deaths and eliminating associated discrimination and stigma in Calderdale by 2030.
The initiative officially launches on Thursday 9 May.
On the day testing and screening for HIV, TB and viral hepatitis will take place at St Augustine’s in Halifax. They work across Calderdale, giving people practical support needed to rebuild their lives with dignity, and we offer a range of activities that help them feel happier and more connected.
This event is an opportunity for those that access St Augustine’s to get a test and find out more about the initiative. Further testing and screening events will be taking place across Calderdale throughout 2024, look out for more information coming soon.
