Brunswick is committed to providing services that meet the needs of the people and communities it supports.

If you have used one of Brunswick’s HIV services, the team would love to hear about your experience. Your feedback will help Brunswick understand what is working well, identify where improvements can be made and ensure its services continue to meet the needs of the people who use them.

The survey asks about:

  • Your experience of using Brunswick’s services

  • How effective and accessible you found them

  • Whether the services have improved since last year, if you completed the previous survey

  • How you heard about Brunswick and how you would like the team to keep in touch

  • Your ideas and suggestions for improving services
